The SAGA:

Tudor Submariner 94010 c.1979
Marine Nationale with Toulon Extract confirming issuance to Commando HUBERT!

Established in the 1950s, the Commando Hubert is the most elite unit within the French Navy, and the only unit within the Commandos Marine to have combat swimmers. While known for their aquatic prowess, the CH are adept in all conditions, specializing in counter terrorism, long range reconnaissance, and other special operations.

In recent news, Commando Hubert took the lead during the 2019 Burkina Faso hostage rescue. All four hostages were rescued, but two members of the Commando Hubert lost their lives during an exchange of fire with the six terrorists.

As an aside, Jacques Cousteau, as a naval officer during WWII, is credited with helping form France's commando frogmen unit.
