Terms and Return Policy

We are direct and to the point throughout the entire process of buying, selling, and trading fine timepieces. Use of this website and any transaction with Saga Trading Co. indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time. Please read these terms carefully.

What is your shipping policy?

We guarantee all watches are in our possession and will be express shipped immediately upon your funds clearing our bank account. All watches are shipped fully insured. If a package is lost, a refund will be issued once the insurance claim is approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination.

Are your pickles gluten free?

No. They are breadsticks.

Condition

Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, all watches are sold as is. We will accurately describe the current condition and working order of all watches we sell to the best of our ability. Saga Trading Co. makes no mechanical guarantee in terms of movement, accuracy or waterproofing.

Inspection Period

You will have a three day inspection period for your watch. If you are not satisfied, contact us for a refund authorization before shipping. Shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be sent via fully insured overnight or priority international delivery. The buyer agrees to assume any risks in shipping. No refund will be made after the three day inspection period ends.

Full Refund Policy

We will conduct a thorough inspection of any returned item. Provided the watch is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a full refund for the timepiece less shipping, banking fees, and insurance costs. The Buyer assumes all risks in returning the item. International Buyers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex watches to the U.S. from foreign countries.

Refunds are not offered on special order watches or products.

Connecticut Buyers

Connecticut buyers are subject to CT luxury sales tax (7.75%). Annoying, I know.

Pricing

Saga Trading Co. reserves the right to make any change to pricing, specifications, and availability of inventory without prior notice. Statements made on this website are the opinion of Saga Trading Co..
